i have all four. all work great. wish dexter made a duoglide boning knife.

great tool!

This Dexter is great, scary sharp & very comfortable. I'm able to use it all day with just about every chopping chore. My only wish is my next one to be bigger 10 - 12 inch blade ;o) Mainly because cutting through bigger items the handle starts getting in the way, not a big deal you just have to cut half turn it & cut the other half. One last thing becareful cleaning the duo-glide the extra blade you get just takes a little getting use to. Really like it & my other cooks wanted one just after seeing it.
