Work Smarter, Not Harder

Eze-Lap Fine/Walnut Pedestal Sharpener is great for those tools made from harder steels (60+>HRC), that you would spend hours sharpening on an Arkansas, or water stone. Makes fast work of damaged edges, too, then finish on a traditional stone. Leaves some tooth on the edge, which I like in many cutting/slicing application. Love the size, and the walnut pedestal (comes with 8 rubber footies to protect your furniture). >>>>>>>> I’ve heard the reason it takes 10-12 weeks to deliver, is that the small diamonds used to make the sharpening surface are too small for humans to see, find, and mine well. Eze-Lap has ingeniously trained ants, through Skinner, operant conditioning, methodology, to mine these fine diamonds. They have hundreds of ant farms, much like the ones you ordered from the back of a comic book when you were a kid. The ant goes down in the mine, grabs a micro diamond, carries it to the surface, where it walks over a fine mesh screen with a glue covered board beneath it. The ant drops the micro diamond through the screen onto the board, and receives a speck of crystallized honey at the end of the screen. The ant then heads back down into the mine to repeat the process. In 10-12 weeks you have a finished sharpener. It really is incredible, in the truest sense of the word.
