Great stone

These are great stones, this is the second one I have owned. Medium grit on one side and super fine grit on the other is just right for my preference. The medium is plenty enough for restoring a very dull edge, and the super fine is perfect for touch ups. I would highly recommend these.

Diamonds are a cooks best friend

I use this to sharpen my kitchen knives. My knives were extremely dull and wouldn't cut a green pepper. I took some time and sharpened them up in stages and now I can butterfly chicken breasts like they were butter and ease through tomatoes as well. Just wish I would have gotten the larger one.
