What a completely unique, functional, and solid knife this is!
I bought the Fox Metamorphosis primarily because it is a truly different knife, using its "Radius" system to open and close the blade by rotating a button around a circular track, allowing very quiet, controlled, smooth, and non-threatening operation. It also has a standard flipper tab which works nicely and becomes a good finger guard. The blade is great, 3⅓ inches of M390, and the entire knife is TOTALLY solid. (This is NOT a lightweight or small knife!) The handle is also long and wide and grippy enough that I can get a very good hold on the knife with my large hands. This Micarta Metamorphosis is also "handsome", making it a good "gentleman's knife" if you can deal with its weight and size. All in all, the Metamorphosis is one of my favorite pocket knives, and I am very glad I bought it. :-)
