Excellent knife

This is a great knife with probably the best shaping and comfortable handle I have in my collection. The blade has a great coating and stone wash finish, with rounded edges which makes working with the knife comfortable as well. The blade edge was very sharp and precision ground. A very well made knife with exceptional attention to detail and a convenient, useful sheath. The blade material is very good and has held up well, but I would like to have a more premium metal as an option.

Worth the Wait

I was looking for a 5" fixed blade and this was a great option for me. The grip is probably the best feeling out of all my fixed blades. Fits snug and firm in my hand with a simple classic profile, which is also part of the appeal.

Great with one major fault

I wanted to give this knife a 5 star so bad, but can’t. The handle is great, the sheath is great, the shape of the blade and feel in hand is great. The edge is terrible. The secondary bevel is at least twice as high on one side than it is on the other. Not even close to being a symmetrical grind. I can fix it, with lots of work, and that is the only reason it is not lower. I don’t know if I got a lemon, or this is the norm, but the final edge is very disappointing.
