Good Small and Packable Knife

I purchased this knife to use while out wilderness backpacking, and it does fairly well in this roll. It's decently light, small and unobtrusive. It can easily be worn around you neck or hung off a pack strap. The handles feel great, it came sharp, and it's very usable as far as knives go. My only issue with it is another half inch would have made the knife (for me anyway). Just a little short for certain food prep tasks while on trail. Everything else it did really well at. Solid knife to hit the trail with!

Morakniv Eldris

I own two MoraKniv wood carving knives that out perform the ones I paid 3 times as much for. Knowing that, I wanted something I could use like a utility knife, but had a much more comfortable handle, a very high quality rigid blade, and have the ability to sharpen instead of throwing blades away. The Morakniv Eldris has exceeded my expectations.

use for any small cutting job , camp site knife to keep close at hand, food prep handle has good feel, can cut like a big knife i like the tapered front part for whittling digging in deep and scoop effect , i knew it would be a good knife for the size, but i would have liked to see a choice of either neck or belt sheath
