I am sold on this knife

I have bought two of the Gerber 06 AUTO knives in the past 3 years. I gifted both to people I really care for. I used both knives, so they got used knives, big deal; they received great knives that do not fail and do not break. These knives are heavy, which I like; they are made for heavy duty. I have bought many knives from Knife Center, for different uses, and found they are reliable people to do business with. I am 72 years young, carry concealed, and will not die for lack of shooting back or cutting if necessary. I just ordered a 3rd Gerber 06 AUTO, my gift to me. If my gregarious nature overwhelms me again, I will buy a fourth.

impressive knife

the knife is heavy but the weight is handy for cutting through things. the S30V steel and this particular knife is one of the best i have owned. wickedly sharp and have not had to sharpen it yet in 2 months with light use. spring is quick and reliable. love the locking mechanism as extra security against having the blade collapse during use. Although i own a number of S30V steel pocket knives, this is now my favorite.
