I was wanting one of these for a while because when field dressing deer I sometimes poke the stomach or intestines and that makes a mess. I field dressed two deer with this and it opened up the body cavity like a zipper without causing any damage to the viscerals. It is also very handy and fast for skinning. It is razor sharp and the sheath is well made.
