Pros: Weight, Ease of Opening, Handle Material, Pocket Clip, Blade Material, Overall Quality, Blade Sharpness
Cons: None
A very useful knife
This knife is a welcome surprise from Gerber as it is a made in the USA knife for not too much money. It has a great Sheepsfoot type blade(some may say reverse Tanto but really is a Sheepsfoot) that is non-aggressive in nature. It is lightweight and made for working in different settings. It is great for cutting open boxes, cutting different materials and some precise cuts with the pointed tip. The wire pocket clip is also pretty unique for Gerber and works very well. The steel is okay-not the greatest but in this price range very acceptable. It would be a great knife to use in public such as a store or other place where you need a knife that isn't so noticeable. It cuts well and I enjoy carrying it. It does have a strong lock back mechanism as well. This is a good step forward for Gerber getting back to making knives in the USA.
