Gerber Pro Scout

This is the best Multi-Tool that I've ever had, It's sturdy, Rugged, Easy to use, it has every tool you would need in a pinch. This tool even has a hacksaw blade for cutting Metal. I could go on and on about the good qualities of this Multi-Tool but I have carpal tunnel and can't type about the good stuff in this tool. The 1 and only complaint I have about this tool is that it's too big for my pocket. Other than that, it IS the BEST TOOL I have for every day use. Gerber made themselves a winner with this one.

Very good multi-tool

From looking at the picture and description, I believe I have this multi-tool just without the saw blade. I always wanted a Leatherman when I was a kid and I know they were made very well (as well as being made in America). This was given to me I believe on my birthday as a gift from my Dad. He looked for a Leatherman for me but couldn't find one (these were also the days before online shopping was so popular and now there's so much to sift through online today). It is still made in the USA so that was the main thing I was happy about. So far this tool has been nothing but reliable. It does the job and then some. I also heard a rumor that Leatherman is only assembled here nowadays. I have to call the company to confirm that, but if that's true, I will never buy one. Anyways, I applaud Gerber for making such a great multi-tool and one that's still made domestic. Keep up the good work Gerber.

Served me well

Mine was given to me after I completed the school of infantry back in '12. It was my most used tool for the next four year's and I'm sure that if I took it out of the footlocker with my old gear it'd be just as handy today. No tool hang ups, scissors were never dull, knife sharp as a razor (I never used it since I carried a knife always) I felt like I could conquer the world with that tool on my hip
