Awesome Old Man Knife
I love this knife. If it were legal in the state of GA to marry it, I would. I own a lot of knives--most of them for specific purposes (camping, chores, defense). This is a superb no-BS EDC knife. I own Shrade and Case sodbusters and while they're good knives, they are nowhere near the Eye's class. The construction makes it look like an antique, with minor cosmetic flaws, but it's solid. The spine of the blade is beveled--a nice touch. The steel is awesome; similar to my best Wusthoff kitchen knives. It cuts like a razor and keeps its wicked edge. The taper of the width is much more dramatic than my other sodbusters--this knife is THIN at the point and I wound not use it for prying. All in all, this is a first class, old-school pocket knife. It looks cool and it works like a champ.
