Dangerously sharp
Thank goodness it doesn't sharpen anymore than it does.... My Global knife is even sharper now than the day I bought it (and I cut myself with it then). I'm wiser and more careful now, and the reason to own kitchen knives like that is because you want them sharp. No problem with this!
