Very large Chef Knife
I have a standard global G2 8" chef's knife and wanted to try a larger knife in their GF pro series line. I use my G2 all the time and love it. This knife is no different. It's very large so be sure you need all 11" but for me I like how the GF's are so much ticker and heavier. This knife is great for all around use in the kitchen and it's a global so the quality is just incredible.
