Global knives, simply the best.
The best of the best, bar none. Learned about Global knives in a Sushi place one night, those guys know good knives too. Cant get enough Global knives these days, if a knife could be too sharp these are the ones. Surgical in nature, the forged series are truly superb in all ways. Tough and robust, perfect fit.
