Pros: Sharpenability, Overall Quality, Sharpness, Material Quality
Cons: None
Good knife, a real bargain.
I got one of these for my travel kit based on the recommendation of a knife store owner. I also have a couple of the more expensive Henkels knives for comparison. The blade is virtually identical to the Four Star knife, but it's missing the bolster. The handle of the more expensive knife is rounded, where the Signature is more squared off, which gives the Four Star a little better feel and balance in my hand for a long prep session, but really it's a matter of your hand and what you like. It's a really good quality knife at a bargain price.
