Beautiful Knife, Excellent Service

I bought this chef's knife as a birthday gift for my wife, to replace an older inferior butcher knife. The service from Knife Center was outstanding, and the knife arrived long before her birthday. I am really delighted by the outstanding quality of this knife. It is strong, beautifully made, and very well balanced. I prefer the shape of the knives from Zwilling Henckels over other kitchen knives. And another plus, my wife just loves using it.
