Great knife!

Great kitchen knife that holds an edge. This is the second Henckels paring knife I've purchased. The first one was bought in 1989 and finally wore out. 29 years of continuous daily use is better than any other knife I've used.

Won't Stay Sharpe

I'm very particular about my knives and keep them very sharp. This knife will not hold an edge. It must be sharpened at least once a day, it gets dull after every couple of uses. Do not purchase this knife, after two years of sharpening every day, I'm sending it back. I'm not sure what good that will do, just not a good quality of steel.
