Excellent service

More useful than the 10" chef knife (too large). These were gifts. Too bad I could not open the package for sharpening.

Zwilling Henckels Set 31076-200, 3170-100, 31071-200, 31070-160,

I use my knives daily. I cut using a wood /seville board. Lovely to use but requires sharpening often.....too often.
