I've owned Henckels brand before & this economy one from Spain rates up there with ones that were made in Germany. Will use it outdoor while prepping for my bbq meals. It's lightweight, sharp out of the box & can't beat the price. Would have like to known how good this product is so I could have purchased this entire line.
