Henckels TWIN Four Star 2 piece Carving Set great value!
This two piece carving set is well constructed and made of high quality steel that maintains it's sharpness well while carving whole loins, hams, etc. Well balanced and design fits well in my hand providing control and thin slicing. I have enjoyed Henckels knives for many years and this was a gift for my eldest son for Christmas. I got to do "the honors" of using it first on Christmas Day to slice pork loins he had smoked for dinner.
