Small quantity, not the best combo for knives
For the Solingen strop compounds, Green is medium, Red is medium-fine, Black is fine. On a double sided leather strop for field maintenance of knives my preference is green paste in one side and either red or black paste in the other side. This pack is red paste and black paste and you only need one or the other of these, not both. Additionally, I'd rather have the paste in tubes than wrapped in this very thin, fragile foil. Last issue - this is a really small box containing two really small sticks of paste, maybe just over an inch long. I wish KnifeCenter would include quantity of paste on each of these listings, whether it is for tubes or foil wrapped blocks so customers would have an idea of the quantity we were getting for our money.
