Amazing for woodwork
I've been playing around with these knife blanks from various brands (Condor, Green River, Mora) lately, and it's a lot of fun getting a handle just right and having a nice (if somewhat rough with my skill level) at the end. Picked this one up because I had yet to try a Helle knife and I am just blown away at how great this little blade is. It went through some very tough Koa wood like butter. A wood that certainly does a number on chewing up my other knives. The thickness and length is just perfect for carving. Just an all around great knife. I'm a official fan of Helle knives after just a days of using it and getting it back to screaming sharp with a simple strop.
