Amazing Quality!!!
I have been looking for this knife since it premiered earlier this year. Thankfully Hogue started producing more and when I saw it at Knife Center I couldn't checkout fast enough. The quality on this Hogue OTF is amazing. I like it better than my Microtech OTFs as it is thinner with a comparable size blade and awesome action. If you appreciate build quality this knife will not disappoint!

Premium OTF
Very solid OTF. The action fires the blade out hard and reliably. The fit and finish seems to be perfect as far as I can tell. No rattle in the blade with only a slight bit of blade play, to be expected in an OTF however. Carbon fiber looks amazing on this knife with the blue anodized titanium hardware. The blade is a very sleek looking dagger with an awesome still in MagnaCut. This knife is made to perfection with premium materials. Would highly recommend, Hogue knocked it out of the park with this one!

Great quality knife all around
What a beautiful knife all around. I actually think the qualities little better than microtech. The machine on the clip side is amazing and the carbon fiber on the show side is phenomenal as well. Titanium screws leave a nice touch of the signature series and the blade is a sharp as can be as always, coming from Hogue. The action is what I like most. On some of my microtechs if I turn it upside down and retract it, it will not go up. Not the case with Hogue. Oh, and did I mention magnacut for the steel. Knocked it out of the park.

Snikt snikt
Honestly got this as a fidget toy. Its pretty good at cutting tape on a box, but not very good for breaking down the box. My girlfriend is already very over the sound of the snikt snikt and her puny little thumbs are too weak to play with it. My thumbs can cycle it about 30 times in a row before getting tired. Aesthetically the knife is gorgeous. Id have it up on display if it wasnt in my hands. Fit and finish on my unit was pristine and the action smooth (ive had knives come gritty before). There is the tiniest whiff of wiggle on the extended blade and now as I am typing this I find one screw backing itself out and possible followers. I may have cycled it 200-300 times in the last month so take that how you will. While Im pointing out loose screws, I havent yet cranked down the glass breaker which i use my shirt and fingers to tighten back up every once in a while. I didnt want to damage the finish with my multitool. I will have to loctite all the threads to get them to stop moving, it probly shouldve had some blue from the shop though. It came very sharp and it stabs through things like butter. A lot of people I have shown it to thought you could stab with the deployment mechanism but it will be stopped by cardboard.

Awesome!...one criticism
All in all this is the most awesome OTF I've ever held in my hand...the manufacture, attention to detail on the grip and shape, good looking, and the action is like butter. The one criticism is that it's not that sharp...as in mostly tears paper rather than cutting. I don't expect to get cut looking at it, but at this level of knife you shouldn't have to sharpen it brand new.
