Super Duper Slicer but my sheath is pretty bad
I really do love this knife it’s very comfortable in the hand yet super slim and slicey. Came very sharp and looked great when it was new but after just a week carrying it I am really disappointed with whoever Hogue had make this sheath. They really should find someone capable of making a good solid kydex sheath with good retention. I had not even cut anything with it yet but the sheath fitment is so sloppy it allows the knife to move in and out of the sheath a solid 1/4” or more before you get the “snap” as you draw the knife out of the sheath. So all day pocket carrying it moves back and forth scratching the coating bad enough that I’m worried it will be worn off in no time. I realize the blade is going to get scuffed up anyways with use but I wanted to be actually cutting with it for that to happen. I used my wife’s hair dryer to heat up the sheath and squish it a bit to get a tighter fit but it’s still able to move just not as loose as it was.
