Nice stone but...
Just got this and a arkansas soft stone from Hall. Full disclosure: I haven't had the chance to sharpen with them yet. The stones both look beautiful but the boxes each come in were of poor quality. Both boxes have a lot of play around the stones and the corners aren't squared. I also didn't expect the bottom to be made of a masonite type board. Part of the reason i chose these particular stones (besides that i'd read Hall had quality stones) was the box since i lack the tools to made a proper one at my home. IF i wasn't interested in the box the product would easily get a 4.
