This knife works on all kinds of fish and for folks that know how to sharpen a knife, blade replacement becomes rare. Not much for skinning but a truly great fillet knife. I told my friend not to get one knowing he would cut himself. Two weeks later he called from the E.R. saying he was getting stitches. I have many fillet knives and this is one of my favorites. May want to put some nail polish on the screws to keep them from backing out. Be careful 👍
