Hunting knife perfection

This knife is awesome! The sheath is very well made, and gives the knife a much higher end look than the cost would imply. It came sharp, but I can't leave an edge alone, so now it's in the realm of scary sharp. Used it today to field dress a buck and a doe. It was strong enough to split the sternum and fine enough to glide effortlessly through the hide. When I got home I washed it and prepared to put it to the strop. Well it wasn't needed! It took a day of hard work and came out as sharp as it was this morning! I'll be buying some more joker knives for sure!

Joker Knives Campero

Great little knife with a nice sheath. It has been used to cut meat, leather, cloth and some whittling. I even knocked it down through a 3 inch piece of maple. The Campero held it's edge well and touched up easily. I bought this knife to use as a general camp knife and so far there are no complaints.

Unbelievable Bang for Your Buck

For reference I have approx 15 fixed bladed ranging in price from $100-$400 and in size from 2.25"-12" from Bradford, Winkler, Tops, Esse, MKM & more. That being said...this Joker Campero is as good or better than some that cost a lot more. The 14c28n stainless steel helps to keep the cost down & is more than capable of all around camp use due to it's toughness & edge retention. I've used it for food prep, fire sticking, notching & any regular duty cutting around camp or hiking. It is easy to maintain/sharpen when needed. The fit & finish is perfect as is the ergonomic handle with perfect micarta. Another superb part of this package is the absolutely awesome sheath w/dangler which is far better than some that came with knives costing way more money. All-in-all, I can say this Joker Campero is an outstanding value if you don't want to spring for premium brands & it's build quality along with it's capabilities match or exceed that of far more expensive pieces in my collection. After trying this one out 3 of my camping buddies have purchased Joker knives. You won't be sorry you spent your $$$ on this one.

Great Bushcraft Knife

My Comments •This is a Medium Full size, Fixed Blade Bushcraft and Survival Knife. It is lightweight and feels very neutral in the hand due to the Straight In-Line blade spine and tang. •The smooth micarta handle and neutral grip profile is very comfortable. •‘Pinch Grip’ bevels at the front on the handle allow precise detail work. •Index finger front bolster guard of the handle is not very large. BE CAREFUL....DO NOT SLIP OFF GRIP. Wish it had a larger finger guard up front. Lost one point here. •The blade spine has squared edges for fire steel striking. •No thumb jimping on blade spine. •Leather sheath is very well made, heavy duty and is adjustable for ride height using either the integral belt loop on the sheath or the dangler. •This is a lightweight hiking knife and should be great for Bushcraft work.
