Wow

I’ve always bought inexpensive pocket knives, so unboxing this was a revelation. The weight, handle, and the high quality blade are impressive. Blade did shave arm hairs easily. Cinched up the lanyard, ready for the zombie apocalypse.

Absolute premium quality

The photos don't do justice to the quality of this knife. Right out of the box it is obvious of the care that went into both designing and crafting this knife. The blade is right in that sweet spot of not being small but not being unwieldy. Super sharp. No imperfections that I can see. The micarta handle is smooth and perfectly aligned to the full tang of the knife with impeccable care. Quality control is obviously important to Joker. The subtle addition of color to the handle is accentuated by the paracord lanyard (and there's more paracord included in the box...nice touch!). The sheath is beautiful leather that fits the knife perfectly and allows for either a belt slip through or a dangler option. I can't believe this knife wasn't double or triple the price that I paid for it.

Superb Spanish quality

Fit and finish is impeccable for a knife at this price or even twice as much. The red liners really make the handle interesting and while the micarta per usual is more gray than green the whole thing is beautiful. Blade came 9/10 sharp and is great for feathersticking and sturdy enough to do a good job batoning in addition to being an all-around useful shape. Jimping is not overly aggressive but attractive and useful. Feels really good in my XL hands, not perfect but plenty of handle length and thickness. My first Joker knife and I wonder why everybody sleeps on this brand, build quality is on par with LionSteel which I consider the gold standard in this range. Sheath is above average quality but I really like the included dangler, just wish there were lefty/ambidextrous sheath options, I would happily pay extra.

Love this knife

I was looking for a fixed blade camping knife, after trying a larger bushcrafting knife I felt it was overkill for what I needed I saw this and thought it looked like a perfect knife for what I wanted and it is, the handle feels very nice in the hand, the knife is easy to use, very sharp and seems to hold an edge decently and sharpens easy (sharpening easy is important to me as I may need to sharpen it in the field and I don't want to spend a lot of time trying to sharpen the blade). The blending of the handle material with the spacers and the tang and pins is flawless, Joker did a good job on Quality control , I cannot find any issue with this knife, it looks great, feels great in the hand and it performs very well. A most excellent buy for the price.

Best knife I have ever owned

Perfect knife bought 2 for my grand sons the bushcrafters I have the ember.we camp they hunt .we're getting into bushcraft building shelters ect. Chop cut skin game stays sharp. Fit and finish xelent. Fire steels well we don't carry matches anymore. Top notch in every way. Thank you joker for making a knife better than higher end knives for less. Allows guy like me to afford to but several the nomad will be next. I plan to buy 3 very soon.
