Steak cleaver

Great steak knife that beats the crud out of those nast serrated things steak houses supply that clog in seconds with ripped up meat. This elegant solution is a handy cleaver that cleanly slices your steak and looks pretty good doing so. Deployment is smooth and a quick going over with a wet wipe napkin before use and when done is all it takes. It's unobtrusive in the pocket, albeit a bit eyebrow raising among strangers when deployed for dining. Others at the table soon see the point as they battle to saw through steaks that this one glides through with ease.

Good utility knife

I use this as a utility knife. It was sharp-ish out of the package, so I honed it to shaving sharp which was fairly easy to do. It slices, it dices apples, onions and other meat and veggies without cloggy serrations. Outside, I can use my left hand to hold small annoying branches and briars and use my right to pull the knife out of my pocket, open it, and cut the branch. Very useful utility knife.
