Have used this knife for about a year. Great quality and build for the price. Yes, the Delica 4 is better steel and feels grippier in hand but it does not pocket carry as well as the Dozier. Being almost a third of the price of the Delica I don’t worry about losing the Dozier or beating it up. Feels great in hand, locks up tight, is super lightweight and sharpens up quickly. Its my first choice for EDC and confidently recommend it.

This little beauty fits just perfectly in my jeans coin pocket, and it is a rare day when I don't have it right in there everywhere I go. Ka-Bar is putting out some high value (quality vs.cost) products and I will be buying from them again. I already have 4 of their knives and not one of them is a loser! I got this nice knife to keep in my shorts pocket because of how light it was for the summer. but find i like it so much I use it all the time. Well made sharp. Big pocket clip But With good description at knife center it is easy to buy.

Ka-bar Dozier knives - Most bang for the buck.....
I have had several similar knives that cost twice as much or more than this one....but have never been as happy as I am with this Ka-bar Dozier. The quality of this knife is excellent, holds an edge very well and locks up rock solid. It's light and just the right size for an every day work knife. I'n not a big fan of liner locks so I also like the standard style lock on this one. Best knife out there for the money in my opinion.

The best knife on the planet for the money . Light weight , perfect size, sharpens easily to a razor edge and holds edge well . Blade shape is perfect for everything from cutting food to cleaning wild game . Very durable I have had one for years and use everyday and still works great . Highly recommend I have purchased one for every person in my family . If you carry a knife long enough you are bound to lose one and that hurts but at the price point you can purchase another great knife and it won’t break you .

It’s a good knife
This is a great option for a high quality low cost daily carry pocket knife. It’s so light weight that is disappears in the pocket. I love the texture on the scales and the bright orange color. The only negative I have is the ease of opening. It might just be my hands but I find the opening action to be uncomfortable for me. I disassembled and greased everything and it was still noticeable hard to open with the thumb stud. Like I said it might just be my hands. All around a great addition to any daily carry kit.

Instead of carrying around a box-cutter daily, I bought this small K-bar for EDC. While not as sharp as the full-sized K-bar (maybe I need better sharpening skills?), the bright orange Zytel handles allows me to find it when I drop it in the woods, at night, when it's really, really, dark. ALWAYS, a plus.
