It is a large blade with a suprisingly light feel when hold in-hand. This has pros and cons: Pros: Fast and manouvrable Cons: Not a very good for chopping Btw: Beautiful leather handle!

Super Knife !!!

Bought this knife as a Christmas present to myself and 3 others for my sons and son-in-law. Been a tactical man all my life. 20 years S.W.A.T. Been using knives and guns professionally for 30 years and I can tell you I wish I had this knife my whole career. Sturdy, sharp, and hefty enough for any job. I had been hearing about these knives all my life from my father, a WW II Veteran. Thought he was exaggerating the abilities of this knife, but after finally getting one I see what all the hype was about. The models I got came with the kydex sheaths. The knife secures very well in this sheath whether snapped or not. And the sheath design lends well to many different mounting options such as belt, thigh, molle, backpack, web gear..... I use this knife for everything from camp chores to survival to the kitchen. I would recommend this knife to any serious outdoorsman, camper, and most certainly any warrior without any reservations. Slightly on the large side but I would always rather have too much than too little !!!

Now This is a KNIFE!

Classic WWII fighting knife, but built to modern expectations. Quality build and finish. This will replace my original WWII KA-BAR that finally gave up the handle leather. I only wish I had obtained it sooner, I may have been able to save the handle. This new knife will accompany me on all my outings now and I'm sure that it will serve me as the old one did. I will admit that at first I didn't think I would like the Kydex sheath. But after a close look, I think it will be way better than the leather sheath. Looks like it will hold up under more extreme conditions than the leather and needs not TLC.

Amaing Blade!

A very lightweight knife for the size. It comes very sharp right out of the box! The leather on it is very comfortable and easy to grip, and the sheathe is perfect for the knife. It is an all around great blade!
