This one works.

I've had a number of grinders for sea salt that don't work very well. This one grinds accurately at the chosen size, and it is easy to fill. An added bonus is that it won't dribble salt on the counter because you turn it upside down to use it.

Great Salt, Pepper & Spice Grinder

These Kyocera Ceramic Grinders can adjust from fine to coarse, perfect for my use as sea salt and pepper mills. The ceramic grinders won't rust or get dull with use. They're easy to clean and look good on the table.

I bought 2 one for pepper and one for salt, both perform well. Easy to fill, no mess when you have used them, in a word wonderful
