My new Kyocera ceramic sharpening rod
I went and bought a Kyocera ceramic sharpening rod from a local specialty cooking shop in Marietta Ohio because I wanted one for my new custom Buck 110 with S30V steel and brought it home and used it on my pocket knife and this thing works awesome for sharpening and gets it very sharp I bought it for $25.00 and also bought a Wusthof 9” sharpening steel made in Solingen Germany that way I would have both to use to sharpen my pocket knives and buck hunting knives for when they just need touched up and don’t need to see a sharpening stone. Haven’t got to try it yet on the new 110 with S30V steel blade because I haven’t really had much of a chance to use it yet but can’t wait until it comes time to sharpen it and see how both do with the S30V steel
