Love this little paring knife! My only wish is that the handle was a little more of a non-slipdesign and then it would be perfect for me.

I purchased this product for my wife who loves ceramic knives. She has small hands and wanted a knife to fit it. This knife is incredibly sharp and easily handled for straight or fancy curl cutting. It's small and for that reason it should be used only for peeling and slicing small vegetables.
