Kyocera ceramic

Great for fruits and veggies. Also, easily handles boneless meats. I've only had this for a short time but experience with ceramic blades suggests this will retain the edge if used on plastic or wood boards.

Very light and wonderfull knife

It's my first Ceramic knife and also my reseach on this kind of knifes. I like it so much becaus It will always cut the same good and I will not need to sharpen necer. But I find I can not cut some kind of things so I still need to understand more. Also I hope it does not fall in the floor as I have heart it can break
