Replaces My Bugout.
I bought the Lander 2 in the Kickstarter campaign. I feel that this is a superior knife to the Bugout by Benchmade. The steel liners add an ounce in weight but give a more solid feel and slightly thicker handle, which gives more comfort in the hand. The knife opens and closes smoothly. The S35VN blade steel is an upgrade and may be sharpened on ceramics. The blade shape is an elegant looking drop point, very visually appealing in addition to being a versatile blade shape. My only complaint is that I find the thumb studs a little close to the scales when opening, but that is a minor issue.
