Kershaw Kiechen Shears and Bird Knife

I use the product for cleaning wild game primarily pheasants and quail and for cutting up meat from the store to save processing money. I really like the split apart feature of the scissors for cleaning and the size of the knife for filleting fish.

great shears

I have been using these shears for about ten years out hunting in Saskatchewan. Great for cutting bird legs and wings cuts through small bones like butter and easy to clean and sharpen. I have been using my hunting partners up till now and now I have my own. I can hardly wait to use my own this fall.
