Very nice knife
I use this knife to debone game in the field. I like the folding feature as it fits nicely in my pack. The flexibility of the blade really speeds up the deboning process. I couldn't fairly comment on the blade sharpness. I touchup the blade continuously through the deboning process. I use a Accusharp sharpener. It is fast and kept the blade sharp enough to work well.
