I hadn't handled one of these in person in years if ever, but took a chance. The closed knife is surprisingly comfortable and natural feeling in-hand, the clip feels like it's designed into the overall shape and fit. (an asset for feel/grip, no odd pressure points) The scooped out area and angle of the flipper "tab" provides immediate and solid/secure contact for index finger. That shape provides excellent leverage for the flipper so it feels instinctive and effortless to open the knife. When open, the knife continues to feel really comfortable in my medium-sized hands, and the blade shape is more versatile and handy for cutting tasks than I'd imagined. The "s-curve" shape makes the smallish blade feel like it's always in the optimal cutting position throughout the cutting task. I thought the blade shape might feel "weird" in use, but I've come to love it for it's efficiency! This knife is VERY pocket-friendly too, the closed knife having a size and shape that isn't too heavy or bulky and doesn't "show" when simply dropped into the pocket of various pants, jeans and athletic shorts. The first of my numerous knives that I truly LOVE as an EDC!
