Bought the same leek style Kershaw the last tx over the years.
Not this particular handle but just the regular stainless steel leek as well as black hematite looking leek have been the best quick acting, super safe Assisted Opening knives that I've ever used. There's no sense in paying for a fancy handle you can get up stainless or a black one for roughly forty bucks. The handles aren't worth the quality of the product. Hopefully it's still made in America.

Very Nice
I have the similar GITD version that I’ve been very happy with. The Leek is by far my favorite pocket folder in it’s size and class. Always a fun and useful knife.

I have always liked the Leek despite ist slicker that owl poop scales. Not only does this one have much grippier scales, it has much better steel. I am very pleased to have this one. I am always pleased to see it come up in the rotation. It is certainly not as stout as the CS AD-10, but I don't find myself stabbing car hoods and roofs every day, so the Leek is just fine. for most all of my cutting duties.

The upgraded Leek is great. I also have a Leek with the stainless steel scales and the upgraded one is so much nicer. The carbon fiber scales and composite blade are great but what I like most about it is the liner lock. The original Leek has a frame lock and I just don't like it as much as the liner lock. Good size, not too big. I would definitely recommend getting the carbon fiber Leek.
