A very functional conversation piece
Definitely a conversation piece for the fisherman in your life. I love the quick response of the finger flipper. Although I’m not great with the thumb stud, I think I’d be better if the stud was a little larger. It was a little tight out of the package. With a slight adjustment on the blade screw it’s fine. Love this knife.

Great Knife
Fit and finish is great. Blade geometry is good and came VERY sharp out of the box. Has an acute tip. I didn't know it had a lock for the blade so that was a pleasant surprise. Has a good pocket clip. It's a great EDC.

Fish Knofe
Bought this as a gift for a trout fisherman. Am sure they will love it The graphic is great. Little bumpy in one spot, but the enamel finish should wear pretty well. Have several Ken Onion design flippers and I love them. This one flipped open fine, but the lock failed to engage fully and would hang up when unlocking to close the knife. Was able to get my smallest file in there to remove the burr/rough edge and it works perfectly now. Have a smaller flipper that I dropped outside and found after about a year. After cleaning, it no longer has "assisted opening." Even without it, it's a fine tool. You won't find a better knife at these pricepoints.

Poor design
Odd overall shape, clip does not keep the knife in your pocket, finish looks nice but comes off easily, very disappointed
