First of all, I want to state that I bought the Tactical Blur with the Blackwash finish. This knife is simply awesome! It has a certain cool factor that most work knives don't have. The blackwash finish looks great, as well as hides any scratches or scuffs that accumulate as you use it. I actually lost the knife for about a month and my dad found it laying in the yard. I brought it in, cleaned the dirt, pieces of grass, and light rust (the rust wasn't anything severe, I was actually able to completely remove it with some 3-in-one, a cuetip, and some wrist power haha). The knife looks and flips almost like brand new! After at least a month in the elements and rain, it took about 15-30 minutes to restore it to great condition. I felt sick when I lost it, but in doing so, I got to experience the feeling of receiving it twice! Overall, I can't recommend this knife enough. It's like a beefier, grippier, nicer version of the Leek with a bigger blade. This is a fantastic working/edc knife and everybody should pick one up!

I've had one for a while now it was my first knife and I have no complaints its still in good condition easy to sharpen and generally nothing bad about it

I always thought kershaw knives were cheaply made. I was totally mistaken. What a great pocket knife. I love the weight, the feel, great workmanship. I will definitely buy more.

Liked it enough I replaced it
I bought this knife on sale a few years ago without much knowledge about it. Used it as an EDC knife and used it all the time for boring everyday tasks. Over 3-4 years there were definitely times I looked at the edge and saw dings, but I was always able to sharpen them out. Incidentally, this is a knife I used to learn how to sharpen knives, and getting used to the blade shape took some practice. I lost it a couple weeks ago, I don't know how/where, and I'm still annoyed at myself for it! But when looking around for another EDC I decided to replace it with the same model. It really is a good, convenient, reliable knife. I recommend it

I own a few knives that I use day to day at work for various purposes, like opening boxes and whatnot. The blade I had prior to this was the Leatherman Freestyle CX which was great in and of itself, but eventually was too small for my needs. After browsing for a few hours, I decided on the backwash Kershaw Blur, and am definitely not disappointed. The blade is solid, sits evenly in the handle, has great action when opening, locks solid when opened, and closes easily enough. The blade also has an outstanding finish and doesn't scratch very easily, though if it does it looks like part of the finish. The only thing I wish it had was a pointer finger operated release, but besides that the blade is seriously the best knife I've purchased in this price range in a long time. 5/5

Slightly bigger than I usually carrry due to some towns and cities have restrictions beneath the state limits! Not a big issue, as I know where those limits apply In my area of the state! Still working on mastering deployment (thumb studs not my favorite, but I Will master it, and I really want this iconic knife in my collection!) I own many Kershaws, mostly Leeks and Launches, so I have total faith in the quality and durability of this modern classic. It will enjoy frequent tours in my EDC rotation! If you don't have one, Get one; you won't regret it!
