This is one of the best knives I have ever handled from Kershaw. It has only a thumb stud on each side to trigger the assist, but its enough. The detente that keeps it closed is strong enough that it doesn't open accidentally, but I can still pop it open w/ a flip of a thumb or wrist if I want. The blade shape is elegant, and the factory edge is actually reasonably sharp.

Pulp Purple

Ok, I already have one black Blur from a couple of years ago. Nice knife. Saw this beautiful purple aluminum handle and I just had to have one. Same Blur quick opening. Lightening fast one hand open and close. The spider web design on the purple handle is pretty awesome. You will definitely turn heads when you flip this baby open. That purple handle just draws attention...and rightly so. Worth the price? For the 154CM blade and spider web design on a purple handle, yeah. As with all of my Kershaws, they are razor sharp, this one is no different. The knife is thin and not bulky like a Benchmade Barricade. Great for pocket carry.

What a beautiful piece to add to your collection

This Ken Onion designed knife is superb! It is sharp enough to shave with out of the box. The spring assisted release mechanism makes the blade pop open and lock very securely. I love this knife ! It is surely with the $100 bucks! The shipping was so fast. It took two days to get to my address. I also love the fact that the liner lock mechanism is made from titanium which should last a lifetime. Thanks Knife Center for offering this fine product! J.M.
