I love aluminum scales and with the crossbar lock this knife is light compact while still having good overall length. I would choose this over my Pyrite which seems similar in the aluminum versions. This will be a Kershaw staple.

Please see my review of the Iridium model. Everything there is true of this DLC model except for the DLC coating. In this instance it a very serious stealth black. If you dig that, you want this. My only extra minor complaint - which is true of 98% of other knife makers, is putting the darn name on the clip facing the world. If you're going all black: go all black!
