Pleasantly surprised

So I’ve been using this for a couple weeks now and using it for just every day stuff like cardboard and tape and I’m really liking this knife more and more. I’ve carried my share of Kershaw and this thing is pretty sweet for a sub one hundred dollar price. It feels great in the hand and pocket with a slicy blade makes it a winner in my eyes. Thanks Kershaw for stepping up your game!

Amazing SALE Find

I recently found this on a KC promotion. Read the reviews, watched a few on-line reviews and placed the order. GLAD I did because this in now one of my favorite new EDC's. Once again in a lot of current purchases I've made, I felt it could be a bit grippier where my fingers make contact. A few small pieces of skate board tape cured the issue. Short Answer: Buy It!

Really stout import knife

Really liked the Iridium I bought my son for Christmas. When the reverse tanto was announced, that was my sign to buy my own Iridium. At the price point, my son's knife was a 5 star. I am giving this one 4 because the blade was way off center and I had a small bit of chipping while sharpening this one. Was easy to get the blade centered, action was about perfect out of the box, and it was sharp. I always sharpen a new knife to the lowest angle I can without too much work. This one needed 20 degrees. I prefer 15-17, but it was enough work to get 20 as the factory edge was a bit uneven and over 20 degrees. After a bit of work, I ended up with a perfectly centered blade, super smooth action, and a razor sharp D2 blade. For a budget blade, this should be a top pick. It is a little bigger than I like foe edc, but a great knife all the same.
