Surprisingly good

I ordered these on impulse one evening, being reluctant to subject my spydercos to any more abuse in the workshop, and promptly regretted the purchase when subsequently reading some pretty damning online reviews. Initial impressions of the set, however. have been extremely favorable. The finish and lock-up on both knives is faultless, there is absolutely no side play on either blade when open, and for such a low spec steel they both come with a surprisingly sharp edge; even the torch seems well made. An impressive set for not much money; only time will tell if the knives survive the workplace, but I have an inkling they will, and at least a £150-00 knife will no longer be used as a prise bar, screwdriver, and paint-scraper.

Great Sale Item!

Can't go wrong with a Kershaw, nice and sturdy, and sharp. A nice carry knofe you can be confident about. The flashlight is sturdy as well, and nice and bright. The overall value was out of this world.

Free Fall Swerve and Flashlite Combo

I carry the flashlite in my pocket for emergency use,,i gave one knife to my son (he loves it) The other is in a small "GO" bag i keep in my car. My motto is you can never have to many good knives.

Great Value

Bought this package for a few back up pieces and the flashlight was a nice bonus. Really a good deal for the money. Wouldn't use either as a personal EDC but fine for back up or as a starter piece / gift for someone new to knives.

The Two Knives Are Worth It

This is a very good deal for a couple of very good knives. They are excellent carry options for either the outdoorsman (or woman) or the urban dweller. The flash light is not the best and I'm not sure I would rely on it in a fight, but it is functional. That's why I rated this deal a 4. The delivery was very prompt.

review of purchase,as noted

the product is good value. the knives are well made, not luxury items, but workaday tools, which,so far, work well. the handles are sl. thick, but the mechanism{with a drop of oil} of both knives works well. the flashlight is "straight up" utilitarian, with nice beam.

Kershaw 3850PROMO 3 Piece FreeFall, Swerve, and LED Flashlight Combo S

Knives are not as sturdy as some of my other folders, but for this money I'm very content with both of them. Came razorsharp from the box. Balance could be better, but the grip is excellent. Flashlight is OK. Own better ones, nice toy for my son.

Kershaw 3 Piece Set

I was surprised at the quality of the 2 knives and the flashlight for the money,a great deal !. I use a knife at work and have been switching them out every few days. So far I have not been able to brake them and they are holding their original edge. The pocket clip should be a little longer, it is hard to get out of my pocket quickly. The flashlight is very well built and bright for a non-tactical unit.

Good Extra Beater Knife

Pretty basic everything. No flipper, hard to open. Bought as beater knife that I don't care if I lose or beat up. Never have too many knives. Went in a tool bag and tool chest. Flashlight is not very bright uses multi emitters will have limited battery life. You get what you pay for, which is what I expected with the package as a whole

Good as a ditch knife

They cost less than $30. You get what you pay for. Good to have around in case you need a knife you don't care about breaking in two. The blade is actually pretty sharp all things considered. The flashlight is just one of those $2 items you could get at the checkout at your local hardware store. Consider this your disposable knife set and you are good to go.

Not as bad as I thought!

These knives are not bad, especially for the price. The knives came well sharpened, (could have been better) but overall good sharpness. The pocket clips are reversible, however, they feel cheap and are clumsy in the pocket. They do not come with tip down only tip up, which makes it hard to deploy quickly. The handle grip is not to bad, but it feels like cheap plastic, and looks dumb with all the kershaw 'k's on it. The weight of these blades are a little to heavy for edc, but not over weight. The materials are cheap but quiet durable to my surprise. Ive dropped these many times and cut lots of boxes and no blade play or wear on the blades so far (a few tiny bends but nothing bad). They open smoothly with the thumb stud, but not with the flipper. They do not have spring assist and it only flips open half way using the flipper. Very easy to sharpen from what i've found. The knives are pretty thick and bulky in the pocket making it uncomfortable. The light on the other hand is not good, the lens is flimsy, it has low light cheaply put together but for the cheap price its a good back up light if needed. Altogether, for the price of these blades, and flashlight, they are not bad to have. Knife centre shipped them quick and they came without any damage. I would definitely recommend these blades for anyone.

Unimpressed

I got this set a while back, but I must say the knives are not that nice. They have sub-par deployment (they are not assisted) and the flashlight is practically useless. If two knives and a flashlight combo costs what one of those knives should cost, then there is an issue. Also, the blade steels are not that good. Shouldn't have expected more, but still unimpressed

Kershaw knifes are an amazing bang for your buck

I can't say anything negative about these knives the fit and feel are all above and beyond what I had expected for this amount of money. The knives arrived far sharper than any knife I have bought before.
