It's my first barlock knife, didn't know what to expect. It opens up smoothly with thumb flick and reverse flick. Carries in the pocket well,hardly know it's there. The steel is amazingly sharp out of the box. Something I can hand down to someone else someday.

Don’t think twice about picking up this blade. Great value USA made Magnacut steel blade. Light weight. Great deep carry pocket clip. G10 provides excellent traction. The axis lock needs a little breaking in but becomes smooth with enough use. I’m very happy with my purchase. If you you are a fan of the Bugout but want something that feels a little sturdier this is the knife for you. Kershaw hit it out of the park.

DuraLock sticks
Great EDC size, G-10 gives lots of traction, Super deep pocket clip. My main complaint is with the DuraLock. After I flick it open frequently the lock sticks and requires extra force to disengage the locking mechanism. There is also a lot of side-to-side motion of the thumb studs which none of my Axis lock Benchmade's have. If you are thinking this is a Bugout killer I assure you it is not. If you are paying $150 for this knife just spend a little more and get the Bugout. Honestly it feels like a $75 knife.
