Fantastic look, feel, fit, finish - Could use a safety lock
First off, this knife just looks cool. It's an automatic cleaver, how cool is that? Beyond the looks, it's a very functional knife that feels great in the hand. The fit and finish is very clean and makes this knife feel more like a 2-300 dollar knife. It seems a little strange that they broke up the handle on one side to add the carbon accent and not both sides, or provided a cleaner solid handle, but whatever, it still looks great. I've been looking for a folder that can be used to chop on a flat surface for some time. There are so many great sheepsfoot and Wharncliffe blades out there that do their job, but because of the handle shape, you can't get them to lay straight on a flat surface. This knife has no problems working against chopping block. The handle itself feels perfectly comfortable in my ML hand, and the extra finger choil and jumping on the blade let you really work some serious chopping and slicing. The only thing I would add is a safety lock. The button is solid enough that I don't see there being any issues with accidental deployment, but I guess I'm just used to having the safety on all of my other auto and assisted side openers. It also has my favorite type of pocket clip. I can barely feel it in my palm when holding the knife.
