Amazing knife
This is my duty and off duty companion. Extremely reliable. The blade play is nearly non existent and for the price that’s hard to come by. 10/10 would recommend this knife.

Amazing Knife
I use this knife for general EDC both at home and at work as a LEO. Overall material is very smooth and has a matte finish. Blade out of the box very sharp and was well oiled. Firing the knife is a breeze since it uses two springs. A previous OTF knife I own you can feel a “wall” right before the blade fires. With the Kershaw Livewire, there’s no “wall” and deployment is very smooth and aggressive. Pocket clip was a little troublesome at first because it was so tight. But after breaking it in a bit from wearing it with several different jeans and uniform pants, it’s no problem anymore. Only downside to the pocket clip being a deep carry is it can be hard to retrieve especially if you have sweaty or overall wet hands. I would recommend putting some kind of lanyard into the pocket clip for easier retrieval. Overall, very happy with this purchase as I meticulously researched other OTF options - this one was the winner, and now after actually owning it I can confirm I was happily correct.

Fantastic durability
Picked this up after seeing a few abuse videos on it. 100% worth it, I've beat the crap out of it using it as the tool it should be, and the blade not only holds an edge plenty long, but is quite easy to re-sharpen. The internal mechanism is still functioning perfectly after almost a year of use. Only downside is the pocket clip flares out at the tip and tends to snag on things, and it's a bit short and *super* tight, making it require a very firm grip on the knife to pull it out of a pocket.

Great DA switch
I use this knife currently for opening boxes and packages. I love how smooth the double action switch is as well as the sharpness of the knife. It is constructed very well and has a good feel in hand.

Easy to switch clip. The angle of the clip is way better than straight up and down. Knifecenter knocks it out of the park yet again.
