Kai Luna series 8" hammered chefs knife
I use this knife daily now. I work at a bakery and do lots of different things in the cafe as well. Kai products are phenomenol and their quality to price ratio suits well for my taste. Not to mention they produce the shun blades. So they're holding up to a great reputation. I hope you enjoy whatever knife your looking for. This knife came razor sharp. And since its hammered it doesnt hold your cuttings to the blade so much. I hope this review helps!
